Pecos Hank

Hank Schyma, known as Pecos Hank, is a storm chaser, filmmaker, musician and author. Over more than three decades of chasing, he has documented some of the world's most extreme tornadoes and thunderstorms.

His weather photography, nature documentaries and educational science videos have reached a wide audience, and clips from his catalog appear in productions from National Geographic, Disney, BBC and Discovery. He is credited with discovering the "green ghost," an upper-atmospheric electrical discharge.

His book Storm, published by DK Books, combines photography, stories from the road and science explanations. He also writes and performs most of the music featured on his YouTube channel.
