Tor Con is a world class conference focused on mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery for natural and severe weather disasters, bringing together federal, state & local leaders, emergency managers, researchers, NGOs, VOADs, meteorologists, storm-chasers & practitioners.

General Registration covers full access to the main conference (January 27-30, 2027). Early bird pricing is $700 through July 31, after which registration increases to $775. Pre-Conference Workshop takes place January 26, 2027, the day before the main event, and is available as an add-on for $235. This half-day leadership session provides an intensive deep dive before the conference kicks off. Combined Registration bundles the pre-conference workshop and general registration together. Early bird combined pricing is $935 through July 31, increasing to $1,010 after that date.

Tor-Con aims to provide valuable resources for federal, state & local leaders, emergency managers, researchers, NGOs, VOADs, meteorologists, storm-chasers & practitioners. Anyone with a passion for natural and severe weather disaster mitigation, preparedness, response & recovery is encouraged to attend.

Tor Con will have a pre-conference January 27th, and the general conference January 28–30, 2027 in San Antonio, Texas. It will be held in the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk Hotel & Convention.

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout most of the conference. Lodging is separate from registration and will need to be completed after registering for the conference.
