Tor Con is a world class conference focused on mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery for natural and severe weather disasters, bringing together federal, state & local leaders, emergency managers, researchers, NGOs, VOADs, meteorologists, storm-chasers & practitioners.

Tor-Con aims to provide valuable resources for federal, state & local leaders, emergency managers, researchers, NGOs, VOADs, meteorologists, storm-chasers & practitioners. Anyone with a passion for natural and severe weather disaster mitigation, preparedness, response & recovery is encouraged to attend.

Tor Con will take place January 27–30, 2027 in San Antonio, Texas. It will be held in the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk Hotel & Convention.
